Steam Assisted Vacuum Filter Press

• Engineering services and technical support for the design and fabrication of a steam assisted vacuum filter press for importation and installation in Canada.

Ethanol Plant CO2 Capture Plant

• Complete EPCM for a 250 MTPD CO2 capture plant.  The process takes CO2 from an ethanol plant and compresses, dehydrates, liquefies and stores it for truck transportation.

Christina Lake Upgrader Demonstration Plant DBM

• A 300 BPD Upgrader demonstration plant field installation designed for integration into the Christina Lake SAGD facility to reduce diluents requirements.

DRU Pilot Plant

• Complete EPCM for a 5 BPD pilot plant designed for diluents recovery of bitumen that is presently in operation for testing of Christina Lake SAGD bitumen.

SDA Pilot Plant

• Presently completing EPCM for a 5 BPD pilot plant design for integration with the DRU pilot and solvent deasphalting of bitumen to meet heavy oil pipeline spec requirement.

Surmont SAGD Facility Process Design Basis

• A 50,000 BPD Bitumen plant near Christina Lake.  Completion of FEED work for plant and well pads.

Redwater Cavern Storage Study

• A feasibility study on salt cavern storage in the Redwater area.

Railcar Offloading Facility

• Complete EPCM for a double sided rack railcar offloading facility capable of offloading of 15,000 BPD of condensate.

Commercial Upgrader Study

• A study to evaluate technically and economically various process configuration options for a bitumen upgrader.

Winefred River plant revitalization

• Complete EPCM for installation of a compressor

• Complete engineering and procurement of 2500 m3/day custom Oil Treatment facility with a 1,500 m3/day water treatment facility.  Processes include gravity and mechanical separation.
