Project Management
Well-implemented project management procedures and effective use of state of the art tools enables Triumph EPCM to consistently meet project targets – safety, regulatory, budget, schedule/gates, reliability and quality. Each project phase is evaluated for its objectives, complexity and specific Client requirements. The appropriate level of expertise and overall manpower loading are then assigned, resulting in a true “fit-for-purpose” project team. Specific project deliverables are evaluated for completeness prior to moving on to the next project phase. Various database-driven software tools are used to support the project management team in capturing historical data, reporting project status, estimating costs and durations and recommending corrective action plans when required.
